Mike Johnson Toyota was built in 2006 and in 2012 there was a new addition/renovation added to the dealership. The building is constructed with steel framing and has a shallow foundation.

LeGrand Center was a new construction project in 2012 and is located on Cleveland County Community Colleges campus. It is used for venues such as corporate events, weddings, catering parties and social events. The building is 2-story's and is constructed with steel framing and a deep foundation.

This Art & History Museum consists of a library, historical gallery, multi-purpose room and offices. The building also has a 2-story parking deck attached to the building. The Museum is constructed with CMU bearing and has a deep foundation.

Steele Street Showroom was a major project which included a renovation/addition. The existing building was 151,134 sf and added additional 102,410 sf. The new addition includes a parking garage, renovating the interior and exterior of the building. 

Randy Marion Ford facility is a new construction that opened in 2020, it has 2-story's plus mezzanine. The ground floor consists of 58,017 sf and 7,432 sf upper level. The building is constructed of steel framing and has a shallow foundation. 

Cornerstone Eye is a 1-story building which is located right outside High Point University. It consists of a multiple exam rooms, offices etc. The building is constructed of steal framing and has a shallow foundation.
