These cottages provide off-campus student housing for Appalachian State University. 3 different layouts offer 1, 2 and 3-bedroom floor plans including kitchen and living room space. Each cottage consists of wood stud, a few cottages have a slab on grade foundation and some are built with a deep foundation due to the sloped elevation.

These 10 apartment buildings are on-campus student housing, each building is 3 stories with 4 units per floor. Each unit consists of  4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a common area. The complex is built with wood studs on a shallow foundation. 

This all new 8-story mixed-use building consists of a 150 room hotel with ground-level commercial spaces. The building is constructed with metal stud framing with a shallow foundation.
